Aunt Judy's Recipe

1 pint: 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt


1 quart: 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 tsp salt


Place lid on container, screw ring on tight. Place in pot, cover with water, bring to boil and boil pint for 35 minutes and quart for 45 minutes.
