Ingredients:
1 box (10 oz) of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (Use a dish towel to squeeze)
1 container (16oz) sour cream
1 cup Dukes mayonnaise
1 package of KNORRS vegetable soup mix
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped extra fine (optional)
Using a pestle, smash up the larger pieces of the dried vegetable soup mix, such as the dried peas. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Serve with Frito Scoops or Triscuit Crisps.
