Poppyseed Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded OR one whole chicken cooked and deboned

1 can Cream of Chicken soup (Maleah uses 1/2 can cream of chicken and 1/2 can cream of mushroom OR one can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom)

1 8 oz sour cream

8 oz shredded cheese (Maleah uses half medium cheddar and half mozzerella)

1/4 cup milk

2 sleeves Ritz crackers (crushed)

1 stick melted butter

1 Tbs. poppy seed (optional)


-Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, and milk and spread into a casserole dish. (Can add 1 Tbs poppyseed into chicken and cream mixture -MWS).

-Mix crackers and melted butter and spread on top. (Add another half stick of butter if you'd like -MWS)

-Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
