2 lbs. Ore-Ida shredded hasbrowns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
2 cups crushed Cornflakes
6 additional Tbs melted butter
Mix hashbrowns, sour cream, cheese, soup, and 1 stick of butter.
Spread in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix crushed Cornflakes with remaining butter and spread over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
