Eggs Eisenhower

In large casserole dish layer:

8-10 boiled eggs

1 pound cooked crumbled and drained sausage

1 large jar diced pimentos

Cover with Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)

Cheese Sauce:

In saucepan, heat 2 Tablespoons margarine. Stir in 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup milk and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth. Sprinkle top with paprika, bread crumbs, and shredded cheese. And red and green chopped bell pepper for added flavor and "Christmas" color. Heath in oven until bubbly.
