1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1 packet ranch dressing mix (NOT dip mix)
1 jalapeño
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
The dip can be enjoyed immediately, but making it ahead of time is really ideal! I like to make it the night before a party so it can thicken up in the fridge.
*Note: You can sub avocado for the mayonnaise for a slightly different taste! I love both versions.
